Garlic Herb Butter
Place your butter in a microwave-safe bowl and put in the microwave at 15-second intervals until it is completely melted.
After it's melted, mix your herbs and minced garlic in it and place in the refrigerator until needed.
Steak
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for around 5 minutes.
Pat your steaks dry with paper towel. Then, rub the olive oil over both sides of each steak. Then add your seasonings. Add the salt, pepper and Montreal steak seasoning to taste and press into the steak.
Place the steaks in your preheated air fryer. Cook for 6 minutes on this side.
When the 6 minutes is up, flip the steaks over and drizzle the garlic herb butter on the second side. Continue to cook them until your desired level of doneness using your meat thermometer.
Take it out of the air fryer and let the steaks rest under tin foil for 5 - 10 minutes to lock in the juices.
