T-bone steak is like a Porterhouse’s younger sibling – the same great tenderness and delicious flavor, but just a little bit smaller. The name originates from the T shape of the bone and is super lean. It’s best cookeed on the grill or under a broiler!

Our T-bone is 3/4″ thick, has two per package and weighs approximately 2 – 2.5 pounds per package.
