Purchasing beef in bulk is an affordable and easy way to have nutritious beef on hand for you and your family. Our beef shares are completely customizable to you and your family’s needs, and we offer it in ¼, ½ or whole animal. If you’re not sure about purchasing it just for yourself and your family another great option is to split a share with some friends or neighbors!

How does your beef share program work?
We’re excited you’re interested in bulk beef! First, select the amount of bulk beef you’re interested in. We offer ¼, ½ or whole beef. Once you have made your selection and added it to your cart you can head to check out and place your deposit. *** THIS IS JUST A PRE-ORDER *** Once we have received your deposit we will contact you with an estimate of when your animal will be processed and ready for pick up. Closer to processing time, we will send you a cut sheet for you to make your cut preferences. This allows us to customize it for your needs! We will then share the cut sheet with our processor and work directly with them to make sure all of your needs are met. Once your animal is ready for pick-up we will get it from the processor for you and you can pick it up from our farm. The rest of your payment will be due at the time of pickup.
We are currently selling our bulk beef for $5.00 per pound of boxed weight, plus processing. Your deposit will be used towards the processing cost and any remaining towards the beef you receive.

How much beef is included in a beef share?
A ¼ share yields between 100 – 120 pounds of boxed beef (beef that you will take home), ½ of a beef share yields around 200 – 220 pounds and a whole share yields between 400 and 440 pounds.
