A 1/4 beef share will be approximately 120 – 160 pounds of beef to nourish your family completely customized to your preferences including steaks, roasts, ground beef and more. Once your order with your deposit we will contact you with a cut sheet to fill out your preferences, which we will then share with the processor. We are currently charging $5.00 per pound of packaged weight. Your deposit will cover your processing cost and the remainder of your deposit will go towards your final cost. We will also send you an email with all the details!

Once your animal is processed we will schedule an on-farm pickup time with you!
