We took the tenderloin, and had our butcher cut these petite tenderloin medallions that are perfect to make steak appetizers for a crowd or for a fancy dinner for two. They are perfectly seared on a grill or cast iron pan with just a little salt and pepper as your seasoning. 

Tenderloin medallions are individually packed, and you will get approximately 0.85 – 1.2 pounds of medallions.
