Brooke Trustem
Everyone meet my friend and former college roommate, Brooke Trustem! On today’s episode of Beyond the Barn we are quite literally going into the barn and touring her family’s dairy farm – Larson Acres. Brooke is the sixth generation on the farm, where they milk around 2,500 cows. There are 8 family members who work on the farm, as well as 70 employees, which means they support a lot of people in their community! They truly focus on the people, their community and their cows.
