February Favorites!!

I will be sharing my monthly favorites each month so welcome to Emily’s February Favs ✨

My monthly favs will be a wholeee wide range of things, like my latest food obsession, favorite clothes, favorite place to visit, favorite song, new fav book, etc. The list truly goes on and on.

Raise your hand if February felt like it flew by?! We spent an entire week in Louisville, Kentucky for the National Farm Machinery Show, which made it feel even shorter. Oh well, I still found lots of favs for the month to share with ya 😉

My Muck Boots

They’re a beaut right? Hahah, I’ve definitely already got good use out of them this winter so far, but as we head into MUDDY season you need to make sure you get a good pair of boots and these ones are IT! S/O to Hisea for sending me these. I love that they’re brown in color instead of black. They hit at the perfect point on my ankle – I actually prefer short boots like these instead of tall ones! I can wear them in all seasons. And the soles of these boots are so squishy and made to fit your feet great!!

My Oven Mitts

This past month I’ve made it a focus to cook and bake more, because I know it brings me so much joy! And, I’ve been slowly making our house more aesthetically pleasing. So basically, I needed these oven mitts. They fit the color scheme of my kitchen, were affordable (they often go on sale), good quality AND will help me keep my little hands safe while cooking and baking.

Rings from Hello Adorn

STORY TIME: I somehow recently found Hello Adorn not that long ago, except it turns out their flagship is located in Wisconsin and only about 2 hours away from me! Their rings (and other jewelry) were super cute and I wanted to try and find a way to go to their store and see it in person. Luckily, we were heading up north that weekend and had to drive through Eau Claire (where it’s located) so I made us stop by. I got a few different new ring stacks to have and I wear them every day! Their stuff is so cute! If you’re able to, I 10/10 recommend visiting their store in person, but if you can’t you can shop all of their stuff online and it’ll ship to you.

My Belt Bag

I know, I know. Belt bags have been, and will continue to be all the rage. Luckily, I found this one from the Mesa Collection and it’s super good quality and very affordable. Bonus – when you go to their online store to find this belt bag, they recently dropped a TON of new spring clothes (spring shopping anyone?) that you’ll def want to check out!

My Carhartt Beanie

I just went and counted all of the Carhartt beanies I have and I’m pretty sure I have at least five – lol. They’re all different colors, and tbh most of them are for wearing on the farm, but my cream one is my absolute favorite. Last year I got my House of Colour colors done (should I write a blog post about this??) and learned what colors look best on my skin and this color is one of them. Hence, it’s my favorite beanie to wear because I know it makes my skin look better and honestly, Carhartt just makes some really good beanies to wear. While this is my favorite color to have – I think that whether you’re a farmer, rural-ish gal or a hippie – you should probably just buy yourself a beanie.

xOXO, your farmer Friend,

Emily
